PlayFives books the pitch, pays for it and holds the booking in our name, so the pitch fee never goes on your card and you’re never left waiting for people to pay you back.
Short on numbers? We'll help
Some weeks not everyone can make it. When you can’t fill every spot, the spare spots can be booked by other PlayFives players, so your game still goes ahead.
Everyone pays up front
Every player pays in the app when they book their spot, by card, PlayFives credit or a mix of both. There’s no cash to collect at the pitch and no chasing anyone for money after the game. Most importantly, you're never out of pocket - just pay for your spot like everyone else.

Tell us about your game
Email us your day, time and usual venue. We'll set up each game by hand, then it’s in the PlayFives app for your players to book.

Control who joins
We'll lock down the match until 48hours before kick off unless you open it up earlier. Share your private match with freinds and accept/deny join requests in the host tab of the PlayFives app.

Fill every spot, then enjoy!
Simply switch the match to public if you're struggling for numbers. We'll promote your match and help you fill it so the game always goes ahead.

Quick answers for anyone running a regular game.
How does hosting a regular game work?
PlayFives books and pays for the pitch and owns the booking, so you don’t pay anything upfront. You fill the game with your group, and everyone pays through the app. If you can’t fill every spot, we can sell the spare spots to other players.
Does it cost me anything?
No. PlayFives covers the pitch cost, and everyone playing pays through the app, so you never chase anyone for money.
When are players charged?
When they book. Each player pays in the app at checkout, by card, PlayFives credit or both. If the game is full, they can join the waiting list. If they join it with a card, the price is held on the card and only taken if they get a spot.
What if a player can’t make it?
For pay-to-play bookings, cancelling more than 24 hours before kick-off gets a full refund as PlayFives credit, not cash. Cancelling within 24 hours gets no refund.
How do I get started?
Press “Chat to us” or email support@playfives.com. We set up each game by hand, and it can be up and running within a week.
