How to book a 5-a-side game in London
Find a game near you, book your spot in the PlayFives app, then turn up and play. Here’s each step in a bit more detail.

Find a game
Open the Explore tab in the app to see upcoming games in London. Filter by format, date, price and spots left, or sort by how far away the game is.

Book your spot
Grab a spot and pay by card, PlayFives credit or a mix of both. Add a cold drink (water or Lucozade) at checkout, and book spots for friends in the same go.

Play
Turn up and play. Everyone booked into the game, and the organiser, can chat in the game’s group chat. Then see your match stats after the game too.
What happens on match day
From the reminder on your phone to the final whistle.
Before kick-off
You’ll get a reminder 2 hours before your game starts. Turn up atleast 10 minutes before your kick off time
At the pitch
Just bring your boots. Balls, clean bibs and keeper gloves are provided at every game, and the organiser assigns the teams.
After the game
See the match result and stats in the app. Selected matches are recorded so you can watch your highlights back.
Playing solo or with a group
You don’t need a team to play.
On your own
Book a spot on your own and play with everyone else booked into the game. No team, no group chat to organise. Just extra minutes on the pitch.
With your mates
Search for matches with more than one spot left, using filters on the Explore page. Add friends to your booking and pay for their spots in the same checkout or invite them (and they pay).
What if I can’t make it?
Cancel in the app. What you get back depends on when you cancel.
More than 24 hours before kick-off
No problem. Let us know and you'll get a full refund as credit, so you can book a time that works better.
Within 24 hours of kick-off
There’s no refund but please still let us know so that everyone can still enjoy an even match.
