What you pay and when
One price per game, paid when you book. Here is how each option works.
Pay to play
You pay for each game when you book it, by card, PlayFives credit or both. Your credit is used first and your card covers the rest; if your credit covers the whole price, nothing goes on your card.
Flex membership
You pay a monthly fee. Within your monthly allowance, Flex Regular and Flex Plus members pay a deposit equal to the game’s price when they book, and get it back after the game to the payment method they used. Flex Unlimited members pay no deposit.
If you cancel
For pay-to-play bookings, cancel more than 24 hours before kick-off and you get a full refund as credit for your next match. Cancel within 24 hours and there’s no refund. On Flex, a game cancelled within 24 hours still counts towards that month’s allowance.
